About Me

I am a former Sales Executive and a startupper, who helps founders and creative leaders grow their businesses with clarity, confidence, and ease.

As a Brand Strategist and Executive Mentor, I combine strategic storytelling with body-mind research, so you can scale without overwhelm.

I’ve led product development and sales for IT startups, growing revenue by over 4000% in just the second year. With growth came confusion and overwhelm: how do I translate this all into marketing?

Out of my own need to get a tool for marketing clarity, I created the Shangri-La Framework, a proven approach to marketing and growth that I use with all of my clients and my own companies.

(I have a Marketing Production company Balthén and I’m also the co-founder of Canada’s first sauna industry event, the West Coast Sauna Summit.)

With Shangri-La, our team was able to scale sales by over 4000% in just the second year of business.

But a framework is not enough. You need inner clarity.

You can’t successfully market your services if you don’t see yourself clearly.
