About Linda Helistö
Linda is a former IT startupper and Sales Executive who got tired of constantly working on the verge of burnout and hiding behind other people’s dreams. Taking the leap to the unknown, she followed her lifelong dream, leaving her life in Finland, moving into an RV on a small island in the rainforests of the Canadian Pacific Northwest and starting her own business.
Wanting to understand how to work with stress, Linda studied under former NASA stress consultant, Medical Biophysicist, and Psychotherapist Peter Levine, PhD. Linda has also worked with some of the greatest minds in body-mind science. She now coaches and advises high-performing executives, organizations, and business owners on how they can take their business and (work)life to the next level.
Through her Marketing and Management company, Linda takes brands to the next level and builds authentic stories that sell.
